IJARST is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, online & print publication of scholarly articles with ISSN 2319-1783(P) & ISSN 2320-1126(O). We aim to drive the costs of publishing down, while improving the overall publishing experience, and providing authors with a publication venue suitable for the 21st Century.

IJARST is jointly published and maintained by PEARL (Publishing Engineering and Academic Research Letters) Media Publications Pvt Ltd an emerging publisher with innovative online publishing portfolio and iSEER Society (International Society for Emerging Engineering Researches).

IJARST features publications of original research from all disciplines within Engineering, Science and Computing. By not excluding papers on the basis of Subject Areas, IJARST facilitates the discovery of the connections between papers whether within or between disciplines.It provides:

Rigorous Peer-Review

IJARST will rigorously peer-review authors submissions and publish all papers that are judged to be technically sound. Judgments about the importance of any particular paper are then made after publication by the readership (who are the most qualified to determine what is of interest to them).

Measures of Impact

At IJARST, we believe all the articles get published in the journal should be assessed on their own merits.  IJARST journal have therefore initiated a growing set of measures and indicators of impact at the article level that will include citation metrics, usage statistics, blogosphere coverage, social bookmarks, community rating and expert assessment.

Open-Access License

Articles published by IJARST are fully open access: research articles, reviews or any other content on this platform is available to everyone free of charge. To be able to provide open access journals, we finance publication though Article Processing Charges (APC); these are usually covered by the authors' institutes or research funding bodies.

IJARST applies the Creative Commons Attribution License .(CC BY) license to all works it publish (read the human-readable summary or the full license legal code). Under the CC BY license, 

• Free availability of the literature on the Internet without any subscription or price barriers 
• Immediate open access once an article is released (no embargo period)
• Authors retain all copyrights - The author(s) reserve(s) all proprietary rights such as patent rights and the right to use all or part of the article in future works.
• Permission of re-use authors allow anyone to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute so long as the original authors and source are cited (Creative Commons Attribution License).
