Abstract:

Banking industry plays an important role in any country. They provide different types of loans and offer different types of deposits. If banks are weak, they are unable to provide loans. So this is may impact countries economy. To become banks weak so many reasons are there. One of the main reasons is non-performing assets. Non-performing assets refer to people are unable to pay the loans, at that time they become NPAS to the banks. When NPAS arise in banks; they show their impact on banks. Banks net profits are decrease. They are unable to provide loans to different sectors. So banks destruction shows so much impact on different sectors.
