Administrative Management with ICTE Platform in Secondary Schools of Mefou and Afamba in Cameroon

Abstract

The use of information and communication technologies platform in rural areas of Cameroon face a lot of difficulties to be fully implemented. A such, making the management of secondary schools in these areas to be challenging by the school administrators. This raises many questions about the relevance of the use of ICT in administrative procedures in schools. The objective to this paper is to examine the effect of ICTE platform in the effective management of secondary schools in rural areas of Cameroon. Therefore, it can be deduced that there is a significant relationship between ICTE platform and administrative procedures within schools. In difference to the shortcomings inherent in this work, we do not claim to have made an exhaustive summary of ideal research, but a deepened reflection has allowed us to identify avenues of thought for future research. To this end, many methodical studies can be expanded on the different axes that our research has been able to grasp. It suggested that school administrators and stakeholders should take sufficient disposition in the training and support of school staffs.
